Saud bin Saqr witnesses a celebration "Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate " On the twentieth anniversary of its founding
Ras Al Khaimah, 26 November / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, in the presence of Sheikh Khalid bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Investment and Development Office in Ras Al Khaimah, witnessed the celebration organized by Ras Al Khaimah Properties on the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of its founding, at the Anantara Mina Al Arab Resort in Ras Al Khaimah.
The celebration was attended by Abdul Aziz Abdullah Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate Company, Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of the company, a number of heads and directors of government agencies in Ras Al Khaimah, and senior officials.
His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah congratulated the company on this occasion, praising its continuous efforts that contributed to strengthening the emirate’s position on the map of real estate development and hospitality in the region, through a distinguished process of hard work and achievements, as it was able, with the efforts of its staff and its strategic partnerships, to present pioneering and qualitative projects that are consistent with the development vision of the emirate, meet the needs of the community, and support the local economy by creating an attractive environment for housing, investment and tourism.
His Highness said that the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah is moving steadily towards the future, driven by a clear vision that aims to enhance the quality of life, diversify sources of income, and attract quality investments, noting that Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate Company represents one of the basic pillars of this approach, due to the added value it has provided in the real estate and tourism development sector, and providing innovative and sustainable projects that reflect the spirit of the emirate, preserve its identity, and anticipate the future with confidence and ambition.
His Highness added: We are proud of what the company has achieved over the past two decades, and we look forward to greater achievements in the coming years, enhancing Ras Al Khaimah’s position as one of the fastest growing and most attractive cities in the region.
It is noteworthy that Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate Company was established in 2005 with the support of the government of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, with the aim of developing the real estate and tourism infrastructure in the emirate.
Over the past years, it has developed a group of integrated residential, commercial and tourism projects, including hotels and resorts in cooperation with international hotel brands, to reflect its vision of providing modern communities that combine housing, entertainment, and environmental sustainability.
