Ola Al-Shafi’i denies that decisions have been issued regarding Ramadan series
Writer Ola Al-Shafi’i, a member of the Drama Committee of the Supreme Council for Media Regulation, clarified what has been circulated during the past hours regarding the issuance of recommendations or directives related to the 2026 Ramadan drama season.
Ola wrote in a post on her Facebook page: “As a member of the Drama Committee, I would like to clarify some points about what is being raised recently, The Committee It has not been held for a while, and therefore no updates have been issued regarding the Ramadan drama. What takes place within the meetings when they are held is nothing more than constructive discussions aimed at supporting drama, without issuing decisions binding on businesses.”
She added that any talk about official decisions regarding Ramadan series is inaccurate.
