Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed approves the disbursement of the third housing benefits package for the year 2025 to citizens in Abu Dhabi, worth 4 billion dirhams.

Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, in his capacity as Ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, approved the disbursement of the third housing benefits package for the year 2025 to citizens in the emirate, with a total value amounting to 4 billion dirhams, benefiting 3,310 male and female citizens in the various regions of the emirate.

The new package includes housing loans of all types with a value of up to 2.27 billion dirhams, benefiting 1,768 male and female citizens, in addition to granting ready-made lands and housing worth 1.51 billion dirhams, exemptions from the payment of housing loan dues for the category of senior citizens, retirees with limited income, and the heirs of the deceased, and reducing the value of housing loans for eligible citizens within the “Emirati Family Growth” program, with a value amounting to 208 million dirhams, from which the beneficiaries will benefit. 204 male and female citizens.

With this package, the total housing benefits provided to citizens in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi during the year 2025 will rise to 15.384 billion dirhams, from which 10,718 male and female citizens in various regions of the emirate benefited. It included 11.766 billion dirhams for housing loans of all types, from which 7,802 male and female citizens benefited, and 3.1 billion dirhams for land grants and ready-made housing, from which 2,438 citizens benefited. And Emwatana, in addition to exempting the payment of housing loan dues for senior citizens, retirees with limited income, and the heirs of the deceased, in addition to reducing the value of housing loans for eligible citizens within the “Emirati Family Growth” program, at a value of 514.75 million dirhams, from which 478 male and female citizens benefited.

With the announcement of the approval of the disbursement of the third housing benefits package for the year 2025, the total housing benefits provided since the establishment of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority rises to more than 129,448 benefits, with a total value of about 177.57 billion dirhams.

This announcement coincides with the country’s celebrations of the 54th Union Day, as an embodiment of the wise leadership’s keenness to make citizens happy and enhance their family and social stability, within the framework of its consistent approach that aims to provide the necessities of a decent life for the people of the country, in a way that enhances their effective contributions to the process of development and construction.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, Mohammed Ali Al-Shurafa, said: “We welcome Union Day with more feelings of pride and gratitude for our wise leadership, which places the well-being and stability of the citizen at the top of its priorities. This new package of housing benefits confirms the leadership’s keenness to enhance the quality of life for Emirati families, and to consolidate the values ​​of giving and cohesion that distinguish our society.”

For his part, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, Hamad Hareb Al Muhairi, said: “This package comes on the occasion of Union Day to reflect the depth of the vision of the wise leadership in supporting the stability of the Emirati family, and providing a residential environment that keeps pace with the aspirations of citizens and supports the sustainability of development in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. This generous support embodies the leadership’s continued commitment to providing everything that would enhance the well-being of citizens and guarantee them a decent and stable life.”

He stressed that the authority is moving forward in developing its services and programs to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and ease in citizens’ access to appropriate housing solutions, in line with the government’s directions and its ambitious vision for a more prosperous and sustainable future.
