Al-Jazira Al-Hamra Club celebrates the 54th Union Day with national and heritage events

Ras Al Khaimah, November 29 / WAM / Al Jazeera Al Hamra Cultural and Sports Club organized a national celebration on the occasion of the 54th Union Day under the slogan “United”, in an atmosphere in which feelings of pride and pride in the lofty edifice of the Union and its great achievements prevailed.
The celebration was attended by Sheikh Arhama bin Saud bin Khalid Al Qasimi, Director of the Office of His Highness the Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Saud bin Khalid Al Qasimi, Private Secretary of His Highness the Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, His Excellency Mohammed Hassan Omran Al Shamsi, Special Advisor to His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, His Excellency Salem Rashid Al Maftool, Member of the Federal National Council, His Excellency Saif Hamad bin Qadib Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al Jazira Al Hamra Cultural and Sports Club, along with a number of personalities, senior officials and members of the Board of Directors. The celebration, which was presented by media personality Mona Al-Awani, included national and heritage performances that began with the national anthem, then was followed by various performances presented by a group of public and private schools, which included folk dances and national songs that embody the meanings of the union. The Al-Ayyala band of the Al-Jazeera Al-Hamra Folklore Society also presented its folklore performances and Emirati heritage songs, in addition to the participation of the cavalry in distinctive performances, in addition to allocating a corner for popular foods, costumes and other accompanying events.
Sheikh Arhama bin Saud bin Khalid Al Qasimi said that the Union Day celebrations are an occasion dear to the hearts of everyone, citizens and residents, who enjoy security, peace, love and prosperity under the skies of the dear homeland, stressing that love of the homeland is the bond that unites the people of the Emirates and everyone who lives on its land.
He added that love for the Emirates, loyalty and belonging to it is rooted in the souls of everyone, and that celebrating this day is an embodiment of this rooted loyalty under the banner of union and unity that was founded and nurtured by the founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, “may God rest his soul,” and his brothers, the founding rulers of the Emirates, may God have mercy on them all, so that the country continues its blessed path of progress and prosperity and building a future worthy of its children and future generations.
Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Saud bin Khalid Al Qasimi said that the national celebrations of the 54th Union Day represent a source of glory and pride in a long history, an advanced present, and a bright future for the UAE, stressing that they embody the highest meanings of national unity and pride in achievements, and spread an atmosphere of cheer and joy throughout the country.
In turn, His Excellency Saif Hamad Al Zaabi stressed that these celebrations reflect the depth of the national spirit established among the people of the Emirates, and the cohesion of the social fabric that unites them in loyalty to the leadership and belonging to the homeland, indicating that they highlight the comprehensive development and renaissance that the country has achieved thanks to the vision of its wise leadership, which has made the Emirates a model of leadership, development, and preparation for the future.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Sheikh Arhama bin Saud bin Khalid Al Qasimi honored the participants and contributors from the strategic partners who played a role in the success of this celebration.
