Saif Al Suwaidi: Martyr’s Day is the highest manifestation of sacrifice and nobility
Abu Dhabi, November 29 / WAM / His Excellency Saif Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Director General of the General Authority of Civil Aviation, said that Martyr’s Day is the most prestigious national occasion and the highest manifestation of sacrifice and nobility, a day of loyalty to the souls of our righteous martyrs who gave their lives for the sake of elevating our nation and protecting its gains.
He added: “On this day, we stand in reverence for them, and we send a message of thanks and gratitude to the mothers and fathers of the martyrs and their families. We also celebrate everything that this National Day represents in terms of the values of loyalty, sincerity, solidarity and synergy that characterize the UAE society.”
He continued: “We at the General Civil Aviation Authority derive from these sacrifices the spirit of responsibility and sincerity in serving the nation, and we all stand in reverence for our martyrs who wrote with their lives the most wonderful images of giving and loyalty. May God have mercy on the martyrs of the Emirates, raise their esteem, preserve our country, and maintain its security and prosperity.”
