Systems "Federal tax" You obtain two international accreditations

Dubai, January 20 / WAM / The Federal Tax Authority’s systems have obtained two new international accreditations, namely “ISO 10004: 2018” for the customer satisfaction monitoring and measurement system, and “BS 95009: 2019” for the public sector procurement system.
His Excellency Khaled Ali Al Bustani, Director General of the Federal Tax Authority, received the two accreditation certificates while receiving representatives of Global Business Bureau, a company specializing in inspection, testing and accreditation, the regional partner of GlobalTUV, at the Authority’s headquarters in Dubai, in the presence of Jassim Al Zarouni, Director of the Strategy and Future Department at the Authority.
Al-Bustani stressed that obtaining the two new international accreditations came within the framework of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to enhance its vision as a world-leading tax authority by applying best practices and systems, adhering to standards of excellence, and enhancing spending efficiency.
Obtaining the two accreditations came after a comprehensive evaluation of the level of performance of the Authority’s operational systems and services related to the two standards, and passing several review and audit processes carried out by the auditors of the granting body during the year 2025, which included evaluating the policies, procedures, and compliance with implementing the requirements of the two specifications in the concerned departments.
