The Wall Street Journal revealed The negotiations of the American and Ukrainian delegations in Florida include the issue of the election schedule in Ukraine and the possibility of exchanging lands, in addition to other issues.
A senior source in the US administration said that the negotiations address “the election schedule in Ukraine, the possibility of exchanging territories between Russia and Ukraine, and other issues that are still pending between the White House and Kiev.”
