المملكة: For all types of passports.. The Kingdom and Russia sign an agreement on mutual exemption from entry visas

Today, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Russian Federation signed an agreement on mutual exemption of entry visas for citizens of The two friendly countries, on the sidelines of the Saudi-Russian Investment and Business Forum, held in the capital, Riyadh, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy, Chairman of the Saudi side in the Saudi-Russian Joint Committee, and His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Mr. Alexander Novak.
The Mutual Visa Exemption Agreement was signed by the Saudi side, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Minister Foreign Ministry, and from the Russian side, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Mr. Alexander Novak.

Entry procedures for citizens of the two countries, which is reflected in increasing mutual visits and enhancing tourism, economic and cultural cooperation, and also contributes to strengthening the various sectors that achieve more cooperation and partnership between the two countries and the two friendly peoples.
It is noteworthy that the agreement does not include visa exemption for those coming for the purpose of (work or study, residence, and Hajj); This requires obtaining the designated visa, as The Russian Federation is the first country with which the Kingdom signs a mutual visa exemption agreement that includes holders of ordinary passports.
