"Anchors" Reveals two new phases of the project "City Walk Crestline"

Dubai, December 3, 2017 – Meraas, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Properties, announced the launch of the two new phases, “Crestline 4” and “Crestline 5,” within the “City Walk Crestline” project, adding 360 new residential units to the City Walk area.

Each phase consists of two medium-rise towers surrounded by gardens. “Crestline 4” will include 201 residential units, while “Crestline 5” will provide a total of 159 residences.

Khaled Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Properties, said that both Crestline 4 and Crestline 5 represent an important step in the ongoing development of the City Walk area, enhancing its position as one of the most prominent modern neighborhoods with a unique architectural character in Dubai.
