Ajman, 3 December / WAM / Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, received the “Best Leader in the Real Estate Field” award from the International Finance Foundation, in recognition of his leadership role and efforts in pushing the real estate sector in the emirate towards new levels of growth and competitiveness, and as a translation of the directives of the wise leadership, which also resulted in the Department winning the “Fastest Growing Entity in Real Estate Regulatory” award.

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi stressed that the comprehensive economic renaissance achieved by Ajman is the result of the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, pointing out that the wise leadership laid the foundations of a sustainable economy and provided an attractive and safe environment for investors.
