The events of the action and thriller film “Shelter” revolve around a mysterious, introverted man, named “Mason,” who lives in an abandoned lighthouse on a remote island for more than 10 years, while supplies of water and food are delivered to him by a girl named “Jesse” and her uncle. Although Maysoon does not give the girl and her uncle any attention, one day he is forced to save the girl’s life from drowning during a terrible storm, and is stuck with her in the outside world, within a series of violent events and fierce confrontations, only for his past to haunt him again.

The film stars, alongside Jason Statham, Bodhi Rai Prathnakh, Naomi Ackie, Bill Nighy, and Daniel Mays. The film is written by Ward Barry and directed by Rick Roman.
In another context, while star Jason Statham was waiting for the release of his new movie “Shelter,” he had begun filming his scenes in mid-October for a movie called “Viva La Madness,” which is adapted from the novel by writer J. C. Connolly, which bears the same name, is a direct sequel to his famous novel, “Layer Cake,” which was previously turned into a crime film released in 2004. The film, which has not yet been scheduled for release, is expected to be a major box office success and is being presented as a standalone original work, and not as a sequel or part of any previous adaptations of Connolly’s works. Statham is collaborating in the film with director Guy Ritchie.
The film’s events revolve around an unknown drug dealer, known as “X,” who tries to stay away from the drug world, but he returns again from his retirement, moving from a luxurious life in the Caribbean to a dangerous reality in London, where he faces armed Venezuelan drug gangs in luxurious neighborhoods such as Mayfair.
