The people of the Al Kharran area in Ras Al Khaimah celebrate the 54th Union Day

Ras Al Khaimah, 5 December / WAM / The people of the Al Kharan area in Ras Al Khaimah organized a large national celebration on the occasion of the 54th Union Day, under the slogan “United”, in an atmosphere filled with feelings of loyalty, belonging to the homeland and wise leadership.

The celebration was attended by Sheikh Jamal bin Saqr bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Supreme Organizing Committee for the Camel Race in Ras Al Khaimah, Sheikh Sultan bin Jamal bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Director of the Citizens Affairs Department at the Emiri Diwan in Ras Al Khaimah, Sheikh Sultan bin Jamal bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Director of the Citizens Affairs Department at the Emiri Diwan, Sheikh Maid bin Jamal bin Saqr Al Qasimi, and Sheikh Zayed bin Jamal bin Saqr Al Qasimi, along with a number of members of the Federal National Council, Notables and notables of the tribes, senior officials, and a large gathering of invitees.

The event began with the national anthem, followed by musical performances presented by Ras Al Khaimah Police Music. Then a group of national and heritage activities were launched, including folk and military arts, chants, chants, poetry, and artistic performances, with wide participation from the nation’s people to express their pride and pride in this precious occasion. The ceremony also included national competitions, a popular food corner, and other activities that embodied the spirit of Emirati heritage.

Sheikh Jamal bin Saqr Al Qasimi stressed that the country’s 54th Union Day represents an occasion to renew loyalty and belonging to the homeland and leadership, and an opportunity to instill meanings of pride and national identity in the souls of generations, praying to God to perpetuate the blessing of security and safety in our country, and for the nation’s flag to remain fluttering with pride and glory.

For his part, Dr. Abdullah Al Muhairi, Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the Celebration, said that this year’s slogan “United” embodies the authenticity of the Emirati people and their pride in their established values ​​and identity, and confirms that national unity is the foundation on which the state was founded and the pillar of its strength.

He added that this celebration reflects the cohesion of the community of Al Kharran and other regions in the emirate and their keenness to actively participate in national events, and to highlight its role in strengthening the Emirati identity and preserving the ancient cultural heritage.
