Appointment of Abdulaziz Al-Khayal as Chairman of the Board of Directors of “GASCO”… and Muhammad Al-Kathiri as Deputy
The Board of Directors of the National Gas and Industrialization Holding Company decided "Gazco" appointment m. Abdulaziz Al-Khayal, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Dr. Muhammad Al-Kathiri, Vice Chairman of the Council.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"This came after the election of the Board of Directors by the Extraordinary General Assembly held last November 4, for the next session, which begins on November 29, 2025, and ends on November 28, 2029.
The Board decided to form the Executive and Investment Committee, headed by Eng. Abdulaziz Al-Khayal, with the membership of: Abdul-Rahman Al-Rawaf and Muhammad Al-Nafi.
The Council approved the formation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee headed by: Abdul-Rahman Al-Rawaf, and the membership of: Eng. Abdulaziz Al-Khayal, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kathiri.
The Council decided to appoint the Secretary of the Board of Directors and the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), for all purposes related to the application of the Capital Market System and its executive regulations.
The Council approved the formation of the Audit Committee, headed by: Ahmed Al-Mohsen, and with membership of: Muhannad Al-Amil, Fahd Al-Khamis, and Musa Al-Moussa.
