“Exports”: The end of the offering of the “Fad Industrial Fund” without raising the minimum required amount

The Saudi Industrial Exports Company (Exports) announced today, Wednesday, the cancellation of the offering of a fund "FAD Industrial"After receiving a notification from the fund manager stating that the offering period had ended without collecting the minimum required to launch and operate the fund.

On August 14, the Board of Directors of (Exports) had approved the investment of 70 million riyals through Haddaj Investment Company – the investment arm of the company – through participation in the Faad Industrial Fund (a closed private equity fund) managed by the Faad Partners Financial Company.
