The Ministry of Identity and Nationality launches “Taqdeer” to automatically renew and receive the passport and identity card

The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Ports Security announced the launch of the “Appreciation” package for citizens benefiting from the (Social Support) program, the category of senior citizens and people of determination, in partnership with the Ministry of Community Empowerment, and within the framework of the second cycle of the (Zero Bureaucracy) program.
The authority explained that the initiative includes automatically renewing the passport and ID card without the need to submit an application, in addition to handing over the passport and ID to the customer at his place of residence, and shortening the service steps from three steps to zero steps, stressing that the initiative is considered an appreciation package… a message of loyalty to those who give.
