Today, the real estate market in Dubai recorded a record deal, as the most expensive apartment in the history of the market was sold in the Business Bay area for a value of 550 million dirhams.
The apartment is located in the “Bugatti Residences” project developed by Binghatti Properties, and the property’s area is 47,201.22 square feet, equivalent to 11,652.24 dirhams per square foot.
Today, real estate market sales recorded 3 billion dirhams through the implementation of 620 transactions distributed as 514 residential units, 71 buildings, and 35 lands.
