"Sharjah Sports" He applauds the decision to establish a cycling club
Sharjah, December 12 / WAM / His Excellency Mohammed Obaid Al-Hussan, Secretary General of the Sharjah Sports Council, praised the sound and long-term vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, following the issuance of the decision to establish the Sharjah Cycling Club.
His Excellency stressed that the establishment of the club is an important step that completes the system of developing cycling sports in the emirate, through the presence of a specialized club that sponsors the game alongside the rest of Sharjah clubs, indicating that the new club will contribute to creating a qualitative shift in the level of practice and development of this sport.
Obaid Al-Hussan explained that the Sharjah Sports Council has come a long way in establishing the culture of practicing cycling among citizens and residents through its various activities and programs, pointing out that the Council will work to provide all the elements of success for the new club in order to achieve its mission and be consistent with the goals stipulated in the decree of its establishment.
