Schubert reveals the scenes behind Al-Khatib’s meeting with Yes Torop and Al-Ahly’s winter Mercato surprises
The journalist Ahmed Schubert revealed the scenes of an important meeting held by Captain Mahmoud Al-Khatib, President of Al-Ahly Club, with the Danish Yess Torop, the coach of the first football team, and Sayed Abdel Hafeez, a member of the Board of Directors and responsible for the club’s football file, in the context of preparing for the winter transfer phase and reviewing the team’s situation during the coming period.
Schubert explained, during his radio program with Schubert, on Radio On Sport FM, today, Monday, that the meeting witnessed an absence Captain Walid Salah El-Din, director of football, due to his presence in Umrah, in addition to the absence of Mohamed Youssef, sports director.
Schubert indicated that Al-Ahly had already entered into negotiations with the Palestinian player Hamed Hamdan, to support the team’s ranks, pointing out that there were minor disputes related to the financial compensation with Hussein Al-Shahat, which are still being studied and resolved within the club.
He added that the left winger of the Moroccan Raja team, Youssef Belamri, is very close to joining Al-Ahly, in light of Technical conviction in his potential, indicating that there is serious thought about concluding exchange deals or loans, in which Mohamed Sharif or Gradishar may enter, in order to sign a strong striker during the winter transfer period.
In a related context, Schubert confirmed that the position of defender Ashraf Dari will be subject to evaluation during the coming period, explaining that if he does not perform at the expected level, he will not continue within the ranks of the red team.
Schubert concluded his statements by noting that the young player Hamza Abdel Karim is close to leaving. Al-Ahly, in light of its receipt of offers for European professionalism, is carefully studied by the club in the interest of the player and the team.
