المملكة: Al-Qassim leads with 66.5 mm.. "the environment" Rainfall was monitored in 8 regions
The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture monitored rainfall in (8) regions during the past (24) hours, led by the Qassim region, recording the highest rate of (66.5) mm in Unayzah.
According to the daily report that monitors the amounts of PrecipitationIn all regions of the Kingdom, (75) hydrological and climatic monitoring stations recorded rainfall in Regions: (Riyadh, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Al-Qassim, Al-Sharqiya, Asir, Hail, and Jazan).
The report indicated that the Riyadh region recorded (38) mm in Al-Zulfi, and in Rawdat Al-Sabla – Al-Zulfi (30) mm, while the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region recorded (2) mm in Al-Muraqban – Adham, in Al-Khafaj – Al-Laith (1) mm, and in the Medina region. Al-Hasso – Al-Hanakiyah station recorded (4.4) mm, and Al-Hasso – Al-Hanakiya municipality recorded (3.7) mm, while the Qassim region in Al-Mithnab recorded (63.5) mm, and in the Experiment Station – Unayzah (55.2) mm.
The report indicated that the eastern region recorded (12.4) mm at the air base In Hafr Al-Batin, and (4.6) mm on the King Abdullah Road in Arayra – Al-Ahsa, and in the Asir region, the King Faisal – Al-Namas Road station recorded (0.5) mm, while the Hail region witnessed (25.5) mm of precipitation in Al-Shannan, and (19.6) mm in Hail, and in the Jazan region, the Farasan station recorded (1.8) mm.
