"E-sports" He launches his new identity simultaneously with " Future games"

ABU DHABI, 19 DECEMBER WAM / The Emirates Electronic Sports Federation launched its new corporate identity in conjunction with the activities of the Future Games – Abu Dhabi 2025, in the presence of Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa bin Sultan bin Shakhbout Al Nahyan, President of the Emirates Electronic Sports Federation, Saeed Al Taher, Secretary-General of the Federation, representatives of a number of companies specialized in games and electronic sports, and a number of national team players.

This came during the ceremony held by the Federation at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC) yesterday to officially launch the new identity, which embodies a modern vision that reflects professionalism, sustainability, and leadership, and enhances its position as a national umbrella that leads the growth of the e-sports sector in the UAE.

During the ceremony, a number of strategic memorandums of understanding were signed with the Play Hera platform, Huawei App Gallery, Thathra Company, and Aspire Company, with the aim of expanding the horizons of cooperation in the areas of developing tournaments, qualifying players, building technical capabilities, and supporting specific programs and initiatives in the e-sports sector.

The ceremony concluded by honoring a group of elite national team players with international achievements. Player Sarah Al Junaibi was honored for winning a bronze medal in the Asian Youth Games held in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and player Sultan Rashid was also honored for winning a bronze medal in the Islamic Solidarity Games, in appreciation of their efforts and honorable achievements that contributed to raising the flag of the UAE in international sporting forums.

Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa bin Shakhbout Al Nahyan stressed the Federation’s keenness to continue developing the e-sports system, support and empower national competencies, and enhance the Emirati presence in regional and international tournaments, in line with the country’s trends in supporting innovation and the digital economy.
