Belgium joins South Africa’s lawsuit against Israel "International Justice"

Declared International Court of Justice, today, accession of Belgiumofficially refers to South Africa’s lawsuit against the Israeli occupation before the court for the crime of genocide in Gaza Strip.

The court published a statement about Belgium joining the case against the Israeli occupation under Article 63 of the Statute of the International Court of Justice.

Belgium is one of the European countries that has taken a strong position in support of the Palestinian people since the beginning of the brutal war of extermination against the Palestinians in Gaza.

Last September, Belgium officially announced recognition of the State of Palestine among several other European countries.
