The Arab Parliament welcomes the agreement to exchange prisoners and detainees in Yemen

The Arab Parliament welcomed the agreement that was signed in the Omani capital, Muscat, regarding the exchange of prisoners and detainees in the Republic of Yemen, praising the great efforts made by the Sultanate of Oman in sponsoring the discussions and supporting the negotiating efforts that led to the completion of this agreement, and also praising the sponsorship of the agreement by the United Nations and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
The Arab Parliament praised – in a statement issued today – the efforts, support, support and cooperation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to reach this agreement, appreciating its tireless efforts aimed at reaching a comprehensive and final solution to the Yemeni crisis.
The Arab Parliament stressed the importance of this step in alleviating the human suffering of the Yemeni people, stressing its full support for all efforts and initiatives aimed at achieving security, peace and stability in the Republic of Yemen, and in a way that meets the aspirations of the dear Yemeni people for a decent life.
