Race "Enduro" and"Downhill" They strengthen Fujairah’s leadership in mountain adventure tourism
Fujairah, December 24 / WAM / The Emirate of Fujairah hosted the seventh edition of the Enduro and Downhill races, as part of the “Fujadventures” activities, in two sporting events that reflected the unique natural capabilities of the emirate, and its ability to host qualitative competitions in mountain bike sports, which contributes to stimulating the tourism movement, attracting new segments of visitors, and consolidating Fujairah’s position on the map of mountain adventure destinations locally and regionally.
The Enduro race presented various tracks at different technical levels, combining the strength of performance and the spirit of challenge, amid strong participation that reflected the development of the level of organization and the growing interest in endurance and adventure sports, while the diversity of the mountainous terrain contributed to creating an integrated sports experience, enhancing Fujairah’s attractiveness to lovers of outdoor sports and exploration.
On the other hand, the “Down Hill” race came to add a high dose of excitement, through difficult downhill tracks that required technical skills and high concentration from the participants, and formed competitive scenes full of enthusiasm and challenge, embodying the true spirit of adventure that has come to characterize mountain events in the emirate.
