Shabab Al-Ahly player Kartabia makes history in the UAE Super Finals

Federico Cartabia, the Al-Ahly youth star, entered history from the widest gates after scoring the fastest goal in the history of the UAE Super Cup finals.

The goal came two minutes and 25 seconds after the start of the match, after Shabab Al-Ahly got an early penalty kick following a joint error by Khaled Al-Dhanhani and Cho Yu-min, which caused Laba to fall inside the penalty area, so Cartabia succeeded in converting it successfully, giving his team the early lead.

Thus, Cartabia broke the record of former Al Ain player Emmanuel Emenike, who held the title of the fastest goal in the history of the Super Cup finals, scored two minutes and 53 seconds after the start of the match during his team’s confrontation with Al Nassr in 2015.
