Hazard chooses the best team player in his football career

Former Real Madrid player, Belgian star Eden Hazard, revealed the toughest and strongest player he ever played on the field during his busy football career, stressing that Frenchman Karim Benzema was the most influential among all the stars he played alongside.

Hazard had a distinguished career with Lille, Chelsea and Real Madrid, in addition to his participation with the Belgian national team, where he teamed up with a large number of international football stars. Despite this, he explained that Benzema, who won the Ballon d’Or in 2022, left the strongest impression on him during their time at Real Madrid.

In statements to the French newspaper L’Equipe, Hazard said that he played alongside many great players such as Luka Modric, winner of the Ballon d’Or, along with Frank Lampard, Didier Drogba and Samuel Eto’o during his time at Chelsea.

Hazard added that if he had to choose only one player, it would be Karim Benzema, noting that he was lucky to play alongside him at Real Madrid, describing him as an amazing player on and off the field, whether in matches or training, stressing that he always saw him as a true football artist.

It is noteworthy that Karim Benzema, 38 years old, joined the ranks of Al Hilal Club during the last winter transfer period in a free transfer deal coming from the Saudi Al-Ittihad.
