“Umm Al-Qura”: selling two plots of land within the Masar destination project for 228.4 million riyals

Umm Al-Qura Development and Construction Company (owner, developer and operator of the Masar Destination Project) signed agreements to sell two plots of land with a total area of 7,408.58 square meters within the Masar Destination Project in Makkah Al-Mukarramah.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The total value of the deal for the two plots of land is about 228.4 million riyals.
She added that the selling price of the first plot of land is about 112.65 million riyals, while the selling price of the second plot of land is 115.76 million riyals.
She explained that she signed the deal with the Arab Diyar Real Estate Development Company.
She indicated that the deal is to implement the strategy of developing a path destination through the buyer developing two residential towers.

It expected a positive impact on liquidity and financial results, while the proceeds from the sale of the asset will be used to finance working capital and existing projects.
