المملكة: Violators were arrested in Sharqia and Makkah for selling local firewood and hunting without a license

Coastal patrols of the Border Guard seized Al-Qunfudhah Governorate in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region (5) residents of Egyptian nationality in violation of the security and safety regulations For those practicing maritime activitiesin the maritime areas of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in order to practice Fishing without a permit, and they were in possession of caught fish, and legal measures were taken against them in coordination with the competent authorities.
The Border Guard called on everyone to adhere to the regulations and instructions related to the protection of living aquatic resources and to report any cases that represent an attack on the environment or wildlife, by calling (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiyah, and (994) and (999). And (996) in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom, and all reports will be treated with complete confidentiality without any responsibility on the part of the informant.
Selling local firewood
The patrols of the General Administration of the Mujahideen in the Eastern Province caught a citizen violating the environmental regulations, in possession of local firewood offered for sale, and the seized items were handed over to the competent authority.
This comes within the framework of the Ministry of Interior’s follow-up of local charcoal and firewood marketing activities within the cities. And the governorates, and on the roads that connect the regions, and what is published in irregular ways about this activity across various platforms.
The General Administration of the Mujahideen urged to report any cases representing an attack on the environment or wildlife on the number (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiyah, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom.
