The Emirati Field Hospital continues to provide medical and humanitarian services in the Gaza Strip

The Emirati Field Hospital in the Gaza Strip continues to provide medical and humanitarian services to patients within the framework of Operation “Gallant Knight 3,” which aims to support the health system in the Strip and enhance its ability to face current humanitarian challenges.
The hospital continues to receive patients and provide them with integrated health care, including examinations, treatments and surgeries, as part of the UAE’s efforts to alleviate the suffering of the people and support the continuity of health services in Gaza.
The hospital also received two delegations from the World Health Organization and the Palestinian Red Crescent, who during their visit were briefed on the level of services provided and work mechanisms within the hospital departments, in addition to checking on the conditions of patients and following up on joint coordination between the Emirati medical teams and health authorities in the sector.
The Palestinian Red Crescent delegation praised the distinguished humanitarian role of the UAE and the efforts of its medical and relief staff working in the field hospital, praising their contribution in providing treatment and care for the injured and sick.
These efforts reflect the level of cooperation and coordination between Emirati initiatives and international bodies, within Operation “The Gallant Knight 3,” which has so far provided about 10,000 tons of medical aid, medicines, and supplies, while the hospital received more than 52,000 medical cases and performed about 1,843 surgical operations, in addition to installing artificial limbs for 61 injured people.
