“Tenders”: More than 13 million dinars to complete 507 units in “Al-Hidd Housing”

The Tenders and Auctions Board opened the envelopes of 9 general tenders and one bid, presenting 50 different bids, including a tender to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, for the work of completing the construction of 507 housing units in the Hidd Housing City, where it received 5 bids, the least of which amounted to more than 13 million dinars.

On the other hand, Bapco Exploration and Production Company launched a tender for a long-term purchase agreement to supply equipment, in order to implement various projects internally to achieve oil and gas production goals. It obtained 8 bids, the least of which amounted to 1.1 million dinars.

In another tender, Bapco Exploration and Production Company wants to obtain drilling and maintenance services for water wells, indicating that the works include, but are not limited to, drilling water source wells from the aquifer and repair and maintenance services for existing water wells throughout the duration of the contract. It obtained 4 bids, the least of which amounted to 799 thousand dinars.

As for a third tender, the company requests the provision of a car rental service for executive vice presidents, which eliminates the need to own a permanent fleet of cars and reduces administrative burdens. It received 6 bids, the least of which amounted to 6 thousand dinars.

For its part, Bapco Refining Company intends to purchase the pipe bundles and heat exchanger components for the crude distillation unit No. 4 as part of the inspection and maintenance work for the year 2027, as it received 7 bids, the least of which amounted to 322 thousand dinars.

In turn, Al Dana Theater invites, through an auction, bids from qualified beverage vendors to provide special drinks at the Bahrain International Exhibition Center Hall 4, where it received a single bid, amounting to 65 thousand dinars.

In another tender for Bapco Refining, the company intends to supply heat-resistant materials for the shutdown operations of Unit #2 HDU 2026, for which it received 43 thousand dinars.

Bapco Refining also launched a tender to obtain pre-qualification to provide maintenance, modernization, repair and insulation for heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, air ducts and cooling equipment. It obtained 5 bids, but their value was not announced.

In turn, the Department of Public Services and Central Stores at the Electricity and Water Authority intends to purchase electrical equipment, as it received 6 bids, the least of which amounted to 176 thousand dinars.

In another tender for the Authority, it intends to supply Bolts and Nuts water equipment, as it received 3 bids, the least of which amounted to 26 thousand dinars.
