“Tawteen” warns of misleading advertisements on “communication” platforms that threaten the security of families

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has warned of the dangers of dealing with unlicensed offices to recruit domestic workers, including misleading advertisements spread on social media platforms, stressing that dealing with unaccredited parties exposes individuals and families to legal and financial risks, and affects the quality of the service provided.

The Ministry explained through its digital platform that resorting to unaccredited parties exposes the employer to several risks, including “obtaining untrained help workers, the lack of guarantees for the helper worker, exposing the employer to legal accountability, the possibility of the employer or his family being infected with contagious diseases, and the possibility that the helper worker is committing legal violations.”

The Ministry called on community members to be careful and choose to deal exclusively with offices licensed and approved by it, noting that these offices are subject to continuous oversight to ensure the quality of service and preserve the rights of all parties.

The Ministry stressed the importance of not being led by fake offers on social media platforms, which often lack legal credibility and professional guarantees.

She called for the necessity of dealing with offices licensed and accredited by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, which you can view by visiting the Ministry’s official website or through its approved digital channels, to ensure a safe and legal recruitment experience.
