المملكة: Removing 11.4 million tons of Jeddah waste during the year 2025 AD
Cleanliness efforts resulted in To the Jeddah Governorate Municipality for raising 11,422,802 tons of Solid waste during 2025 AD, as part of its operational plans for environmental treatment solutions and Commercial waste, while the landfill received 9,413,522 tons of construction and demolition waste during the past year.
Cleaning services
The Municipality’s efforts in cleaning services included removing 233,424 tons of large-sized plant waste, 50,502 tons of slaughterhouse waste, and 2,765 tons of waste, in addition to 302 tons of tire waste. Consumed newspapers and religious papers.
The Jeddah Municipality continues to implement its operational programs in the hygiene sector, which contributes to raising the efficiency of waste management, improving the urban landscape, enhancing the quality of life, and raising the level of municipal services provided to residents and visitors.
