“Higher Education” automatically recognizes certificates issued by 34 universities in the country

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the accession 34 A higher education institution within the country for the initiative to automatically recognize higher education qualifications, within the first phase of the initiative.
This initiative allows graduates of universities affiliated with the Ministry to obtain recognition of their qualifications automatically and immediately, which contributes to reducing administrative procedures, enhancing the efficiency of services, supporting the trend of zeroing out bureaucracy, and providing a smoother experience for customers within the higher education system in the country.
More than one person has benefited from this service 25 One thousand graduates since its launch, and then to include citizen students on scholarship outside the country, whose scholarship is supervised by the Ministry, ensuring the continuity of government services without interruption, wherever the client is.
This initiative reflects the Ministry’s commitment to simplifying procedures and accelerating students’ post-graduation journey, enabling them to complete their graduate studies or join the labor market without the need for additional recognition procedures, as was previously the case. The initiative also helps graduates meet the requirements of various government agencies and residency and visa requirements, thus enhancing their readiness for the next stage of their academic or professional path.
The Assistant Undersecretary for the Ministry’s Higher Education Operations Sector confirmed, “Acting, Ahmed Youssef Al Nasser, that link 34 A university within the first phase of the automatic recognition initiative reflects the ministry’s direction towards developing the system of recognizing qualifications issued within the country, and providing more efficient and flexible services, in a way that supports students and higher education institutions, and contributes to enhancing the competitiveness of the educational system and aligning it with the needs of society and the labor market.
He said: “The Ministry continues to work to expand the scope of connectivity with more higher education institutions, which contributes to increasing the number of universities covered by automatic recognition, and developing an integrated system based on digital transformation and institutional integration, and supports future planning for services related to the recognition of qualifications.”
The initiative falls within the recognition service for higher education qualifications issued within the country, which enables customers to accredit their qualifications issued by licensed higher education institutions, and provides programs accredited by the Ministry, where recognition is verified via an approved quick response code, which officially proves that the qualification is recognized, in accordance with the approved regulations and procedures.
As part of completing the services system, the Ministry provides a set of electronic services that support the recognition of qualifications, including verifying the validity of the recognition issued by the Ministry, and issuing digital copies of qualifications recognition reports issued outside the country, ensuring the reliability of the data and ease of use by the concerned authorities inside the country.
