"sunrise" Launches the Sharjah Sustainable City 2 project

Sharjah, 19 January / WAM / The Sharjah Investment and Development Authority “Shurooq”, in cooperation with the “Sea Holding” Group, launched the Sharjah Sustainable City 2 project – an integrated residential community that provides an advanced model of environmentally friendly urban life, as an extension of the exceptional success achieved by Sharjah Sustainable City 1 as the first sustainable residential community in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Sharjah Sustainable City 2, which includes 1,032 residential units, including 944 townships in addition to 88 independent villas, represents an ambitious model for future cities as a pioneering destination that combines design that focuses on human well-being and comfort, local food production, clean energy, integrated systems for waste management and recycling, and green transportation solutions to establish an advanced approach to a way of life in which sustainability is integrated into the details of daily life and is based on environmental awareness and social responsibility.

The project will be displayed for the first time at the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (ACRES), which will be held from January 21 to 24 at Expo Center Sharjah, and will provide buyers with an exclusive opportunity to benefit from a 50% discount on registration fees throughout the exhibition period.

Buyers will also enjoy a complete exemption from service fees for a period of three years after delivery, with the possibility of freehold ownership for all nationalities, in addition to suitable and flexible payment plans.
