9.84 billion dirhams, the total real estate valuation in Ajman during 2025
Ajman, January 19 / WAM / The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman announced the registration of 2,275 real estate evaluation transactions during the year 2025, with a total value exceeding 9.84 billion dirhams, according to annual data issued by the Ajman Real Estate Index.
His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that the evaluation transactions for units of real estate development projects amounted to 795 transactions, with a total of 52.10 million dirhams, indicating that the department recorded 1,834 real estate evaluation transactions for golden residences for investors, with a total of 4.94 billion dirhams.
He said that the annual statistics reflect the quality of the real estate sector, the diversity of investment opportunities and their suitability for various segments of investors interested in doing business in Ajman, and benefiting from its exceptional advantages and high competitiveness.
He explained that the number of commercial real estate evaluation transactions reached 436 transactions with a total value exceeding 5.22 billion dirhams, ahead of residential real estate, which amounted to 2.82 billion dirhams, while industrial real estate came third with 1.75 billion dirhams.
Al Muhairi pointed out that the annual real estate report also included personal evaluation transactions and the evaluation of courts and institutions.
