The Ruler of Sharjah reveals the establishment of a new residential neighborhood in Jabal Al Ashkal in Khor Fakkan
Sharjah, 19 January / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, revealed, through a phone call on the “Direct Line” program, the allocation of a new area in Jabal Al Ashkal, near the Khor Fakkan Club for the Disabled, to create a residential neighborhood, which will include hundreds of homes for citizens, and it will be called “Al Ashkal Neighborhood.” His Highness pointed out that the road there will be paved, which will lead to Al Rafisah. His Highness pointed out that these residences, which Located on the mountain, it will differ in its features from the residences overlooking the sea.
His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah called on the people of the city of Khor Fakkan not to fear the running out of residential land in the city, noting that people think that housing in the Al Harrai area has completely run out. His Highness announced that there are 270 houses in two groups under construction, including 120 houses in Al Medifi whose locations have been received by the Housing Department.
His Highness explained that the additional group of lands in the Al-Harrai area, which was previously granted to commercial license holders, is now under delivery to the municipality, and the construction process on it will take approximately two years.
His Highness, the Ruler of Sharjah, noted the implementation of such projects, with the same systems, in the city of Kalba on the ring road, starting from Al Ghail, then Al Saf and Al Turaif, pointing out that the construction process has begun in the Al Dahiyat residential neighborhood.
