“Rawasi” distributes 3.6 million riyals in proceeds from the first issuance of sukuks
Rawasy Al-Bina Investment Company announced the second semi-annual distribution of the proceeds of its sukuks within the first issuance series, with a total amount distributed amounting to 3.61 million riyals for the period ending on March 10, 2026.
The company said, in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The number of instruments due for distribution is 70 thousand instruments, with a return value of 51,535 riyals per instrument, for a coupon period extending 181 days.
The company explained that the eligibility date will be for the owners of the instruments at the end of trading on March 10, 2026, and those registered in the register of unit owners with the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.
It added that the date of payment The distributions will be within a period not exceeding 5 working days from the due date.
The company had previously announced on the Saudi Tadawul website on February 13, 2025, specifying the period for offering the Rawasy Al-Bina Investment Sukuk – the first issuance series, before later announcing on March 4, 2025 the end of the offering of the first series of the issuance program.
