"Acres 2026" It reveals innovative real estate projects that keep pace with the latest global practices in sustainability

Sharjah, January 24 / WAM / The Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “ACRES 2026”, organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Real Estate Registration Department in cooperation with “Leader Exhibition Organisation” at the Expo Center Sharjah, witnessed a large turnout from investors and visitors, with the unprecedented participation of more than 120 major development, investment and banking companies, on an area exceeding 10,000 square metres, which reflects the growing status of the exhibition at the regional and local levels.

His Excellency Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Real Estate Sector Working Group at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of the exhibition’s organizing committee, confirmed that the event represents an advanced stage in the path of real estate development in the emirate, pointing out that the focus on sustainable projects and smart solutions is in line with global trends and enhances the attractiveness and stability of the real estate market in Sharjah in line with the emirate’s development vision.

Sustainable solutions topped the scene through major qualitative projects, as the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) presented the “Sharjah Sustainable City 2” project in the Rahmaniyah area, which adopts the “townhouse” model and takes full advantage of solar energy and sustainable transportation to ensure environmental and social balance.

Arada Real Estate Development Company launched the “Masar 3” project, which presents an advanced vision for integrating nature into residential life by increasing green spaces and walking paths and reducing dependence on vehicles. Ali Al-Najjar, sales manager at Ajmal Makan City, explained that their project in the Hamriyah area is a model for environmentally friendly marine communities, benefiting from the highest rates of natural water recycling in the country to ensure a healthy and sustainable environment.

In terms of new investment opportunities, KPH Real Estate Development Company, one of Al Raskhoon Group’s companies, participated for the first time in the exhibition to launch the “Burj Al Watan” project in the Al Nakheel 2 area in the Emirate of Ajman. Khalifa bin Hareb Al Muhairi, General Manager of the company, explained that the exhibition represents an ideal platform to enhance the company’s new identity under the slogan “We build with confidence and add value,” stressing that the project provides long-term residential and investment value that supports the UAE’s position as a global destination for living.

These offers are in line with a wide range of government facilities and flexible payment plans that the exhibition provides to various segments of investors.
