المملكة: "Sdaya" Launches the official logo for the Year of Artificial Intelligence
Launched Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the official logo For the Year of Artificial Intelligence 2026, which the Council of Ministers approved to name on Tuesday, in a step that reflects the national trend towards highlighting the Kingdom’s efforts in Artificial Intelligence, strengthening its position as a leading global center in the field of data and artificial intelligence, and highlighting the qualitative achievements achieved in this modern development sector.
The philosophy of the logo includes a symbolic integration between its elements, as the palm tree represents the emblem of the nation, the historical and valuable extension of the Kingdom, and the connotations it carries of giving, sustainability, and cultural stability. The technical and innovative dimension, which constitutes a major pillar in enhancing the process of digital inclusion, as part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, while these two elements were combined into one visual composition to embody the Kingdom’s vision that harmonizes authenticity and modernity, and confirms that its departure towards the technical future is based on a solid cultural heritage and an authentic national identity.
While the green color of the palm tree was chosen as an expression of the symbolism of the color of the Saudi flag and the color of the Kingdom’s national identity, and the blue color was combined with it for digital symbolism and the transition to advanced technologies.
The presence of the Arabic language
The Arabic calligraphy in the logo was designed in a visual style that highlights the presence of the Arabic language in the spaces of innovation and technology, and it is a drawing method inspired by electronic circuits to indicate artificial intelligence and digital development, to create Visual harmony between the symbolic logo and the textual logo in a way that expresses our proud Arab culture and digital development.
While the logo is accompanied by the hashtag “Year of Artificial Intelligence,” in Arabic: #Year_of_Artificial_Intelligence and in English #SaudiAIYear.

The logo represents a comprehensive visual framework that reflects national ambitions towards building an economy based on data and artificial intelligence, while Sdaya aims by launching this logo to unify the media and communication appearance of the initiatives, programs and events related to the Year of Artificial Intelligence, which will be organized by government, private and non-profit agencies during the year 2026, in a way that contributes to highlighting the integrated national efforts in this technical field.
