Al Dhafra Book Festival 2026 concludes "Poetry nights"
Abu Dhabi, January 26 / WAM / The “Poetry Nights: Voices That People Loved” program, one of the most important programs of the Al Dhafra Book Festival 2026, organized by the Abu Dhabi Center for the Arabic Language, concluded its activities yesterday with the “Poets of the Future” session, which included a number of young poets.
During the evening, which was held on the main stage in Madinat Zayed Park, the poets showcased their poetic talents and presented poems that reflected the authentic heritage of Al Dhafra and the spirit of the desert, within an interactive cultural atmosphere aimed at supporting future poets, while encouraging the audience who appreciate poetry as part of the culture of the people of the region.
The evening enjoyed a remarkable presence from the people of Al Dhafra, who came to support emerging talents and encourage them to be more creative in the world of poetry.
The Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre, by organizing “Poetry Nights” program evenings rich in vocabulary and meanings, is keen to showcase the aesthetics and uniqueness of the Arabic language, and highlight its important role in reviving and enriching the authentic Emirati Arab heritage, and linking it to the emerging generations.
