The CEO of the Real Estate Registry, Dr. Muhammad Al-Sulaiman, confirmed that the launch of the portal represents a major step within the strategic priorities of the Real Estate Registry, which focuses on developing an integrated digital system for managing real estate wealth.
He added that the portal will be a unified and comprehensive destination, providing a smooth and secure experience, and allowing beneficiaries from the business sector to access automated digital services that enhance the efficiency of procedures, and contribute In accelerating the business cycle."
He continued: "This portal is consistent with the ambitions and objectives of the Land Registry strategy "Easier" Which focuses on developing digital solutions specifically designed to meet the needs of the private sector, and enabling establishments to manage real estate assets, rights and dispositions through an integrated and technologically secure environment, supported by innovative services and high-level analytical reports."

The Aamal Land Registry portal provides a package of services including: management of real estate rights and transactions, transaction record, interactive maps, viewing of official documents, linking services with the internal systems of establishments, account management and authorizations, in addition to billing and electronic payments service, and dedicated relationship managers to support the needs of each beneficiary.
