111 horses competed in the 10th evening"10" Dubai Racing Carnival on a track "field"

Dubai, January 29 / WAM / The Dubai Racing Club will organize tomorrow the tenth evening of the Dubai Racing Carnival at the Meydan International Track, with the participation of 111 horses from the elite of international and European horses, competing in eight rounds, all dedicated to purebred hybrid horses, for financial prizes exceeding 3.1 million dirhams.

The evening’s highlight is the sixth main race, the Dubai Millennium Stakes, which is classified as a Group 3 race, which is held over a distance of 2,000 meters on a grass track, with prize money amounting to 700,000 dirhams, with the participation of 7 horses aged four years and above.

The competitions will begin with the first half of the Jumeirah Guineas, a distance of 1,600 meters on the grass track, designated for three-year-old horses, with prizes amounting to 500,000 dirhams with the participation of 11 horses.

The second half will be organized by “Jafza Logistic Park” on a sand track for a distance of 1,600 meters for three-year-old horses, with prizes amounting to 165 thousand dirhams and with the participation of 16 horses.

The third half, “Moj Stakes,” will witness competitions over a distance of 1,400 meters on the grass track, which is designated for three-year-old fillies, with financial prizes amounting to 500 thousand dirhams, with the participation of 15 horses.

The fourth round, “Jafza”, will be held on the sand track for a distance of 2000 meters, in the handicap category “85 – 105”, with prizes of 300 thousand dirhams and the participation of 16 horses.

The competitions continue in the fifth round with the “Dubai Sprint” race for a distance of 1,200 meters on the grass track, which is classified as a “Listed” race, with prizes amounting to 500 thousand dirhams and with the participation of 14 horses.

The seventh round will be held by “DB World Logistics” on the sand track for a distance of 1,600 metres, in the Handicap category “80 – 100”, with prizes of 250 thousand dirhams and with the participation of 16 horses, while the evening will conclude with the eighth round by “Dubai Auto Market” on the grass track for a distance of 1,600 metres, in the Handicap category “70 – 90”, with prizes of 190 thousand. AED, with the participation of 16 horses.
