Tuwaiq Sculpture…a global forum that contributes to shaping the Saudi cultural scene


"Tuwaiq Sculpture" It is an annual international forum and exhibition that brings together an elite group of sculptors from various parts of the world to create monumental sculptural works performed directly in front of the public.
The forum is held in an outdoor studio specially prepared for this forum, as it highlights the art of sculpture as a powerful means of cultural dialogue, and allows artists to experiment, exchange ideas, and explore new possibilities for raw stones and methods of shaping them.
By using raw stones extracted from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the artists transform huge stone blocks. To timeless public works of art that enrich the urban environment of the city of Riyadh.
The event also gives visitors the opportunity to closely follow the creative process, which enhances the public’s appreciation for artistic craftsmanship, creative vision, and the development of monumental sculpture in Saudi Arabia.

Cultural and artistic events

Launched Tuwaiq Sculpture Forum 2026, a number of Diverse cultural and artistic events, including workshops, lectures, advanced specialized courses, intellectual dialogues, and evening artistic experiences, are held in The forum’s location is on Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Street (Tahlia), and will continue until February 22, 2026 AD, under the supervision of the Riyadh Art Program of the Royal Commission for the City of Riyadh.

The activities accompanying the forum are an extension of the live sculpture experience, which begins at ten in the morning every day and ends at five in the evening, as it provides the public with opportunities to interact with the participating artists and learn about Contemporary sculptural practices, and following the formation of artworks in public space. The forum will continue to work after that, until ten in the evening every day, except for Sunday.
