From field cooperation to warm reception.. Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority celebrates UAE-Kuwaiti Relations Week
ABU DHABI, 31st January / WAM / The Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority embodied the depth of fraternal ties with the sisterly State of Kuwait by activating an integrated program that coincided with the Emirati-Kuwaiti Relations Week under the slogan “The UAE and Kuwait…brothers forever.” The authority combined the strengthening of strategic field cooperation with manifestations of popular celebration.
At the forefront of these activities, the Authority received an official delegation from the General Administration of Kuwaiti Civil Defense with the aim of exchanging experiences and strengthening the joint Gulf work system. During a field tour that included the Civil Defense Center in Saadiyat, the delegation was briefed on the latest mechanisms and technologies used in securing facilities, rescue and firefighting operations, and learned about the best practices applied in Abu Dhabi to raise preparedness and respond to emergencies.
In keeping with the festive atmosphere, the Authority provided a special reception for the Kuwaiti brothers arriving through Zayed International Airport with flowers, flags and gifts. It also decorated its vehicles with the slogan of the occasion, in a symbolic gesture that confirms the deep-rooted historical and humanitarian relations that bring together the two leaderships and the two brotherly peoples.
