“Jadwa Reit Al Haramain”: Distributing 6.6 million riyals in cash dividends for the second half of 2025

Jadwa Investment Company announced the distribution of cash dividends to unitholders of the Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund for the second half of 2025, with a total of 6.6 million riyals.

The number of existing units on which the distribution will be made reached 66 million units, with a distribution rate of 1.27% of the net asset value, bringing the profit value per unit to 0.10 riyals.
According to a company statement on "Saudi Arabia trading"Today, Monday, the eligibility for cash distributions will be for unit owners according to the unit owners’ register at the end of Tuesday, February 10, 2026 (the end of trading on Sunday, February 8, 2026), while the distributions will be paid within (20) business days from the entitlement date.
