Tomorrow in Dubai… 21 French companies will offer smart solutions for aircraft maintenance and design

DUBAI, 3 FEBRUARY, WAM / The Middle East Aircraft Interior Design Exhibition will kick off tomorrow at the Dubai World Trade Centre, in conjunction with the Middle East Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Renewal Exhibition and Conference, with qualitative French participation, including 21 companies under the banner of the “La French Fab” brand.

The participating French companies, according to a press release issued today, are focusing on showcasing the latest smart solutions and technologies with low environmental impact in the areas of aircraft maintenance, repair and renewal, which are specifically designed to meet the growing and advanced needs of the aviation sector in the Middle East region.

This participation is gaining strategic importance in conjunction with the noticeable acceleration in demand for aircraft maintenance and repair services in the region. Expectations indicate that the volume of regional spending in this sector will reach about $16 billion by 2025, continuing to rise, exceeding the $20 billion barrier by 2035.

This momentum is driven by the growth of the commercial fleet in the region at an annual rate of 5.1%, bringing its size to approximately 2,600 aircraft, which constitutes 6.7% of the total global fleet.

In this context, Axel Barrot, Director General of Business France Middle East, stressed that France’s distinguished global reputation in the fields of aviation and space, in addition to the strong integration with local systems, makes this partnership an ideal and supportive foundation for the future of the aircraft maintenance, repair and refurbishment sector in the Middle East region.
