"UAE Judo" He will fight 4 fights at the start of his participation in Paris "Grand slam"
Paris, 6 February / WAM / Our national judo team will compete in 4 bouts in the light weight category under 60, 66, and 73 kg, tomorrow, at the opening of its participation in the Paris “Grand Slam” tournament, organized by the French Federation on February 7 and 8 in the “Accor Arena Paris” hall, with the participation of 500 male and female players from 81 countries.
The roster of our team includes 5 male and female players: Simone Constantine (60 kg), Narmand Bayan (under 66 kg), Karim Abdel Latif and Muhammad Yazbek (under 73 kg), Omar Murad (under 81 kg), and Eliza Litev (under 78 kg).
The team’s delegation arrived in Paris yesterday, headed by Dr. Nasser Al-Tamimi, member of the National Olympic Committee, Vice President of the Federation, and Treasurer of the International Federation. The team will conclude its participation in the tournament the day after tomorrow in the heavyweight competitions under “78 kg” and “81 kg”, for men and women.
