The conclusion of Millionaire’s Poet in its twelfth season begins tomorrow with the announcement of the winners
Abu Dhabi, February 9 / WAM / The sixteenth and final live episode of the twelfth season of the program, produced by the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, will begin at nine o’clock tomorrow evening, Tuesday, under the slogan “Our Poem is One.”
The episode is broadcast from Al Raha Beach Theater in Abu Dhabi on the Abu Dhabi and Baynouna channels, and is also broadcast live on the Million’s Poet channel on the YouTube platform.
The judging committee, consisting of Dr. Sultan Al-Amimi, Dr. Ghassan Al-Hassan, and the poet Hamad Al-Saeed, awarded grades for the first episode of the final stage “out of 30 grades” as follows: Hamad Muhya Al-Aibani and Abdullah Mohammed Al-Ajmi (Kuwait) received 27 grades, Hossam bin Fayyah (Saudi Arabia) also obtained the same grade, while Abdul Majeed Al-Azza Al-Subaie and Mohammed Munawar Al-Nafi’i (Saudi Arabia) received 27 grades. 26 degrees, while Amer Al-Ayedhi from “Saudi Arabia” got 25 degrees.
The competition will continue in the sixteenth and final episode, where the jury’s grades will also be 30. Each poet’s grades in the final episode are combined with his grades in the previous episode of the six-stage stage, in addition to the public vote, which represents 40% of the total, to announce at the end of the final episode the identity of the bearer of the twelfth season of “Poet of a Million,” in addition to the winners of places from second to sixth.
The total value of the Million Poet Program prizes allocated to the top six poets reaches more than 15 million dirhams, confirming the program’s status as the largest Nabati poetry competition in terms of moral and material value.
The first-place winner will receive the title of “Million Poet” and “Birq of Poetry” in addition to 5 million dirhams, while the second-place holder will receive 4 million dirhams, the third-place holder will receive 3 million dirhams, the fourth-place holder will receive 2 million dirhams, while the fifth-place winner will receive 1 million dirhams, and the sixth-place holder will receive 600,000 dirhams.
