المملكة: Defense and the Transport Authority sign a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the railway sector
Signed by His Excellency the President of First Lieutenant General P.S. Fayyad bin Hamid Al Ruwaili, and His Excellency the Chairman of , in charge of Dr. Rumaih bin Muhammad Al-Rumaih, memorandum of understanding on the sidelines of , hosted by the capital, Riyadh, and organized by the General Authority for Military Industries.
This came in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistics, Engineer Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser.
Defense Strategy in Saudi Arabia
The memorandum signed between the two parties aims to enhance cooperation and joint work for coordination between the Ministry of Defense and the General Authority for Transport in the railway sector.
In a way that contributes to harmonizing the requirements of the defense strategy in the Kingdom, and supports Achieving the objectives of the National Strategy for Transport and Logistics Services.
Raising the Efficiency of Services
On the other hand, the Authority participated through a special pavilion at the Defense Exhibition, during which the development journey led by the Authority in the transport sector, and its continuing efforts to raise the efficiency of services and improve the experience of beneficiaries, was showcased.
