8.8 million dirhams, proceeds of the charity auction for the Emirates Airlines Charitable Foundation

In a first-time achievement, the Emirates Airline Charitable Foundation, in cooperation with Emirates Auctions, succeeded in raising 8.8 million dirhams ($2.4 million) to support and develop humanitarian programs for less fortunate children around the world.

The auction was held during the period from December 17, 2025 to January 17, 2026, and witnessed wide participation, exceeding 900 bids from participants in 131 countries.

Seven rare numbers were offered for Emirates Skywards membership, including Platinum benefits, with the highest individual bid amounting to 1.6 million dirhams during the one-month bidding period. Two bidders won Platinum membership for 20 years, while five other bidders won 15-year membership. The top bidders were distributed among a number of countries, including the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, India, the United States of America, Pakistan, France, Germany, Egypt, and Thailand, in addition to other countries.

The proceeds raised will enable the Foundation to launch new projects, in addition to expanding the scope of support provided to children and communities currently benefiting from its existing programs, in cooperation with 14 non-governmental organizations in nine countries.

Building on the success of this initiative, the Emirates Airline Charitable Foundation and Emirates Auctions will continue to organize annual auctions, providing an ongoing opportunity for supporters around the world to contribute to the Foundation’s humanitarian mission.

Sir Tim Clark, President of Emirates Airline and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Airline Charitable Foundation, said: “This initiative was launched from a firm belief in the importance of developing innovative tools that enable the Foundation to expand the scope of its humanitarian work and enhance its impact in the long term. The great response to this idea came to confirm that combining real value and prestige can achieve a tangible humanitarian impact, and at the same time reflects the spirit of giving enjoyed by the Skywards community around the world.”

I would also like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who participated and supported this initiative, as their contributions will have a real impact that extends beyond what may be expected.” They imagine it.”
