40 Pakistani companies participate in the World Health Exhibition in Dubai

Dubai, February 11, 2020 – 40 Pakistani companies are participating in the World Health Exhibition 2026 at the Dubai Exhibition Center in Expo City Dubai, under the umbrella of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP).
Ali Zeb Khan, Trade and Investment Advisor at the Pakistani Consulate in Dubai, explained that Pakistan’s broad participation in the World Health Expo 2026 is an opportunity to enhance the presence of the Pakistani healthcare sector on the global scene, noting that Pakistan has great potential in the manufacture of surgical medical devices and supplies, in addition to the pharmaceutical industries, which are among the vital sectors in the Pakistani economy.
Khan said in statements to the Emirates News Agency, WAM, on the sidelines of the exhibition that the event is one of the largest specialized events in the healthcare sector in the world with the participation of more than 70 countries and about 4,000 exhibitors, making it a strategic platform to showcase the latest medical innovations and products.
He added that the exhibition is an ideal opportunity for Pakistani companies to expand their reach into regional and international markets, especially in light of the presence of regional headquarters for major European and international pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies in the UAE.
He pointed out that the Pakistani mission is working to facilitate bilateral meetings between Pakistani exhibitors, distributors and local importers, which contributes to building sustainable trade partnerships.
He stressed that participation in this global event will contribute to enhancing Pakistan’s image and increasing its exports to the UAE, noting that the exhibition’s impact is not limited to the UAE market only, but also opens broader horizons for accessing the markets of the Middle East and North Africa region (MENA).
He called on all Pakistani companies to participate to benefit from this opportunity and interact with buyers and trade delegations in a way that contributes to expanding their business inside and outside the UAE.
